      My encounter with Heathmere Computer Services ranks as one of the Worst ever, EVER!
      They did not show up on time for any appointment ( 3 of them), Did not listen to my requirements for what I needed in a computer. Sold me a replacement for my dead desktop - that was far inferior to what I had before - no CD, not enough of the right kind of ports, etc. but charged the same price as a better machine available at Office Depot. I felt really taken advantage of as a woman, and was treated like I was stupid. I could go on and on about this horrible encounter with the older man. (Younger guy was very nice and seemed knowledgeable)

      In short, DO NOT hire these people! They will rip you off!!
