"Liter Came to see about brakes and rotors and told me that it was my lower control arms which never was addressed by other shops he tried to force me to pay 690 parts and labor but I rather buy my own parts which I did me and ******* sat on the phone with ******* and gave vin to make sure I had right part. When I got back to Simuns they told me car was almost ready when I got there they said one control arm fit but other didn’t mind you I already spoke w ******* and there wasn’t many options to pick from ik my part wasn’t wrong even after I left I checked he lied and said the control arm was 2 inches to short just crazy killer is the part was already on there and he took new part off and said it didn’t fit and he would need to buy his own part to make sure it was right the part look fairly used and old and he double charged me the labor because he put the wrong supposedly part on car i knew I had right parts then he gave me one price when I got back had to pay double which basically in long run ended up being the amount he wanted anyway." ... "I paid $500/$600 for new tires and a brake job a few weeks ago, so last week I was hearing loud noises sounds like the car was going to go out any second, so I had to stop at the nearest tire and brake shop to see what was going on and I was told by a new business that whoever did my brakes did not tighten back up some type of screw of some sort that’s by or near or something to do with the *******, and because of that I needed a new wheel hub and I was lucky that my rotors weren’t messed up or the brake pads didn’t fall out because of this. So when I called Simuns to inform them he did ask me to bring the car back up there so he could look at, when car was taken back to him it took forever for him to look at it and he responded by saying this( so what you want me to do pay xxx amount of money because of a screw) that’s what he said." ...
