    I have used Plumb Pro+ multiple times for both plumbing and HVAC. They are usually amazing and have always made it right if I wasn’t completely happy. They aren’t the chuck in a truck and are more expensive for some repairs but you pay for quality and knowing it will be done right.

    Plumb Pro+ is a scam company. They took advantage of me, a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy. They charged me over $1,800.00 just to run a camera in my plumbing and wanted another $4,000 to fix the actual issue. Don’t call them to go any work or they will fleece you too. Now I’m out $1,800 and still have the same problem. Thanks Plumb Pro+!!

    Customer was an after-hours emergency call. Up-Front cost was not just for running a camera as stated. Original cost of 1857.72 was for emergency after hours fee, replacing toilet flange because original was damaged before we arrived, Pulling / resetting toilet, running a cable auger, and camera inspection. Camera discovered a root ball in their sewer lines and they do not have an accessible clean out. Second quote was for manually excavating the damaged line with root ball and replacing afflicted line. Also, customer was offered for the original invoice to be credited towards the new invoice since extensive work was going to be required. We talked to this customer on 06/27/2024 and his wife on 06/28/2024 to attempt to resolve this issue to their satisfaction, but have been unable to come to a resolution.
