    While traveling out of town in March 2024 my oil light came on. I had recently had my oil changed at the Take 5 in Goose Creek. I went to the Toyota dealership in Greenwood SC and they informed me the oil filter had been installed incorrectly and that the under carriage was covered in oil. The dealership replaced the oil filter and cleaned the under carriage. Most recently after an oil change at the Take5 in Goose Creek i noticed oil on my driveway coming from my Tacoma. I took the vehicle back to the Take 5 thinking the problem was the filter again. The technician there told me he did not see any issues. I then took the vehicle to the Toyota dealership in North Charleston. They informed me that the oil plug had been stripped and the oil was leaking from there. The oil pan had to be replaced. I have 3 vehicles that the Goose Creek location has serviced for me. I will not take any of my vehicles back to Take5, as my trust in the service level there is very low.
