      Here in BBB I am limited with character numbers so you can read my full review in ******* I'll just leave my short concern here.My concern that I spent 2 weeks of my time getting connected with them, finally got on the phone, asked simple questions, and wasn't rude or blaming them for something! just asked to be more specific about the ******* ***********. He said, "we are not a good fit for you, I have to go and hung on me." Now, after 2 weeks of hoping to get a ****** as a B'day gift I need to explain to B-day girl's mom that Leg Up Equestrian never heard about customer service and lives in the 18th century.
