  Had them call me today 09/11/2024. Saying I owe a payday loan from 05/2016 only loan I ever had was amacott. Told me I owe ****** and to pay it now because they were going to file action in court tomorrow morning and garnish my wages. I told them them I was disputing the debt because I never took a payday loan online. Statue of limitations on debt in ** is 5 years. They were rude and kept hanging up saying to never call back. Refused to answer any of my questions or concerns.

  Big time scammer. Called my spouse claiming I that I had a pay day loan I never took out in the first place. Claiming they had all my information and that it was all public information. First of all they stated I listed my spouse's phone number as my contact number, I've never used his phone number as a personal contact. Don't fall for their scam, they're just trying to get your money for debts that are bogus.

  Please be very aware of this company. Calls you about debts that are 10 or more years older! Threatens to garnish wages, place liens on properties, vehicles, & etc. calls are very scary to the elderly.

  I received a phone message last Friday (03/22/2024). I was told to get back to them asap. And they have been trying to get back to me. I called this morning (03/25/2024). They told me that the payment to settle the account in full, was just payment. That no business would accept what paid, as payment in full. I said I would not pay anymore, since I had and agreement with another collection agency. She said she would report me to all 3 credit reporting agencies, and hung up. I had also told her, I was recording this conversation, and she was not to happy about that.I then followed up with the collection agency who I made the settlement with. And she confirmed the agreement. And said she would call IFS. They would not speak to her. So we set up a 3 way call. And once IFS answered, the other collection agency got into call, and took care of the situation. She also told me, that IFS cannot report me to the credit reporting agencies. And they are not to contact me again.This company is a huge fraud. If they would have apologized for their behavior during the final call, I would not be posting this complaint.

  BEWARE!!! **** company only uses false addresses from ************** to ******* if you call the right five five number posted on here you will be contacted to ****** in the ** location the address she gave me was to a Nail Salon and the ******** address is fake as well it is to a Postal Place. Building a case to catch these criminals.
