    I ordered a Singer sewing machine from ****** on 2/21/24. It was delivered a few days thereafter and my wife used it to do a few stitches and generally check that it operated. However, she did not have to use the bobbin winder until almost three months later, at which time she realized that it didnt work. So she contacted Singer, who advised her to send the machine to the House of Vacuum and Sewing, their authorized service provider in ******** SC. When we shipped it there on 4/17, the ***resentative told us that it would be 2-3 months for the ***air. While that seemed excessive, we realized we would have to wait. On 7/8/24, I called to check on progress. The *** told me that they hadnt even looked at it due to an illness in the ***air department. He estimated another 2-3 weeks. We called again on 9/9/24, and the *** would not even check on whether the machine had been serviced yet. He now blamed the delay on Singer not sending him shipping labels, and told us that a Singer machine aint worth anything these days. 1 out of 4 are bad out of the box. And, dont buy ******. Amazing stuff coming from ******* only authorized service center. Now Im worried whether Ill ever get my machine back. So far, it hasnt been used to make a single useful stitch.
