      we are a dealership, i worked with this company for a repo. They make things difficult so time goes by and they charge you more for storage. The ladies i spoke to were nice but i had a stressful experience tbh.

      I am trying to file a formal complaint on SS recovery LLC in ******** **************. They told my vehicle from my yard in ******** ************** and they told my Bubba off and we are not paid for the damages.

      I am a 66 year old Vet I got Covid and missed payments. My car was taken to ************ in ****** ** they had to break into a car to get mine out.Every tool I had was stolen from my car . I have called about 20 times and told " checks in the mail" I have two witnesses that will swear the tools were there. Seems like there is a Pattern of POOR Operation from former employees and customers as well...

      This company is a scam on top of a scam. They rarely answer the phone. You're on hold or "in the que" for up to an hour or more only to have the CSR hang up on you before you can even say hello. When you finally get through you're told to call another number to schedule an appointment to get YOUR PROPERTY. I spent 3 hours calling, leaving messages, calling over ten times and left 3 messages. I finally got through to the previous number I called and was told they just closed for the day and I should try back in the morning. I was also told I was still accruing another $20 storage charge despite their refusal to answer the phone or return any messages at all. They only want to milk you for more money and buy being lazy or intentionally wasting time they continue making money off people. The state needs to regulate this garbage business practice that these people have going.
