    I always have issues awitg fedex when it comes to deliveries and hold requests. The customer servicd line is the worst part because they lie to your face about what is going on to get you off the phone. They dont know how to problem solve, they are horrible

    This is a nightmare of company. From 5 deliveries, 4 lost and one running super late. You cannot rely on this company at all, their customer service phone number is a headache, you can never get a human being, their machine is useless, and if you get an agent (weird scenario) they are extremely rude and just do not care. Avoid this company.

    FedEx lies, their employees cant seem to do their job correctly. I get constant alerts to when my packages will arrive and it would seem that FedEx screwed up yet again! I spent my entire day off yesterday waiting for a very heavy package to arrive and the truck drove right by my house. Then silly me thinking ok maybe its on another vehicle because of the weight not 8pm came and still no package. By this point the status changed to pending and no further info is offered.

    My purchase was shipped via FedEx and said to be delivered to my address and signed by an unknown name. I filed a complaint with FedEx over the phone, but never received a confirmation email with the claim number. I've not heard back and cannot reach a live person again at FedEx to get the claim #, which the shipper has requested. Fedex never showed at our house, or near our house as we were outside at the time they claim it was delivered. I contacted FedEx early enough that they could've contacted the driver, but I did not get a call back that day as the FedEx CS support person promised. I've had issues with FedEx deliveries in the past. They are just not reliable. Unfortunately it was not my choice to have my purchase shipped FedEx.
