    ****** customer service from the ownera sent me wrong item and won't make it right till I have to spend the gas spend my time sending back the WRONG item they sent lol stay away from this incompetent place

    Customer was shipped the wrong product. A return label was emailed the day the customer contacted us about receiving the wrong product. The customer did not return the product for almost 3 weeks stating he would not return the product until we shipped him and he received a replacement. Our return policy is to replace any wrong or defective part once we receive the product back to inspect. The part was finally returned to us on 7/1/2023. We were closed for the 4th of July. The package was picked up from the post office today and a refund will be issued today, 7/5/2023.

    I posted proof the lady said she will send one right away then he went back on his word, they messed up I woke 15hrs a day 7 day week I don't have time to go to fix your mistake also you said package was picked up with no tracking it's been a week, I believe his butt hurt and hasn't sent anything which is fine got same from somewhere else BUT i still want my package or money back
