      It may quite possibly be the worst CX I have ever experienced on my many rotations around the sun. I purchased a month before a trip and canceled two days before as I didn't receive it in time and had zero communication on shipping. After multiple emails and calls to nowhere, I still have not received a refund. Three months later, no refund. At this point? It's not about the money; it's the principle, and I gave them multiple chances to correct this. Do. Not. Buy.

      I would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible company. I ordered a folding kayak on 11/01/2024 and I have yet to receive it. I emailed them several times and keep getting the runaround. They're blaming the shipping issue on their "plastic suppliers". I think they're scamming people. Taking our money and never delivering the product. I even reached out to see if they would refund my money, and I haven't heard from anyone. DO NOT order from this company!!!!

      Horrible service. I placed an order September 2nd, started a payment plan through affirm and don't hear anything about the kayak for two weeks. I send an email, receiving a response saying that due to high seasonal demand it will be 18 days until it ships but it will be very soon. Here we are on October 1st with no shipping confirmation, now trying to cancel my order and get a refund so let's hope they do the right thing on that at least.

      I ordered a Tucktec kayak in May 2024. I brought the product on vacation with me and used once successfully in the bay. The next day I attempted to use it in the pond and it began to take on water and sunk. I returned the product along with the unused carrying bag to the company within the 90 day satisfaction guarantee. They refused to refund the money and told me I would have to spend an additional $30 for them to ship the defective product back. I asked in email to talk to a person over the phone to resolve the situation and I tried to call the company during business hours several times and left voicemails. No one called back and no one emailed back after the initial email stating they would not issue a refund. I am out $330.50. I relied on this company's promise to be able to try the product and return it. I was encouraged this this was an American made company and felt safe in purchasing this product. As said, it did not hold up even after the first use and should have been given a refund, or offered a replacement.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY. Terrible communication and customer service. Their website indicates a lead time of 5-10 business days. After 13 business days, I reached out to customer service and they told me that their current lead time was 14 business days... After 21 business days and no updates, I reached out again and they informed me that they were having issues with their supply chain and could not fulfill my order this year. Instead, they told me that they were "upgrading" me to the 2025 version. They are out of their minds if they think that I am going to wait 6-12 months for a product that was supposed to ship in 5-10 days. When I requested a refund, the customer service agent indicated that they had to reach out to their manager for approval. After a week with no updates, I reached out again and it has been *crickets* ever since. I had to file a dispute with my bank to receive a refund.

      Purchased a kayak on 8/12/24 - there was a flash summer sale code which I forgot to apply. The kayak I purchased was on sale with the code for around $100 less than what I purchased. I emailed as soon as I made the purchase asking for either the discount back to me or for the new kayak version which would have been the same price than the refurbished one I purchased at full price. No answer. I called Tucktek only to have voicemail options. Sent message via their chat option again with no replies. 5 days later the kayak arrives with a broken part again, I call, email and chat with ******* leaving voicemails and pictures. No replies. I am now going to file a complaint to have a full refund. I have only had the item for one hour and it arrived with a part broken upon delivery and I cannot reach customer service to request the return label.

      Horrible service and communication. I ordered on 6/19/24 for a "ships now" product. After a week with no updates, I emailed them and got a response stating they have a 14 business day lead time before shipping and my product "is in the finishing queue" and "will ship soon". I was upset and asked why the product was marked "ships now" and email conformation stated 5 business days and got no response. Monday 7/8/24 I had not received any response or updates so I emailed again to cancel. They responded that a manager had to approve the cancellation and someone would be in touch "in the next couple business days". 2 days go by without any communication. I chatted with a representative through their instant messenger on the website and was told cancellations and refunds are processed on Thursdays. The following week, I emailed again requesting an update as Thursday came and went with no communication. Cancellation and refund was initialized on Tuesday. Overall, I would give 0/5 for communication and service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      Horrible customer service. Waited over a month for 1 refund while my wife is still waiting over a month and a half later. No one bothers to answer the phone, email or ******** messenger. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      I bought my first kayak just over a year and a half ago, and Ive been hooked from the second I received it! I will admit that trying to put it together the first couple of times is something akin to wrestling an alligator, but once you get the hang of it and learn to leverage your body against it, you can get it folded in just a couple of minutes! The kayak is super sturdy and spacious, yet also compact and lightweight when folded. Be sure to join the official ************** as well - the community is top notch and the customer service is fantastic - the staff are active participants in the group and go above and beyond to make us feel heard! :)I truly cannot say enough good things about this entire community of people, or the amazing product that they have curated and updated based on customers ideas and requests! I will also mention that most (not all, of course), complaints are due to user error ??

      Great company! I ordered the boat with free shipping. However, I forgot to add the paddles. I was going to order them separately but realized the paddles weren’t pricey enough to get free shipping. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and shipped the paddles for free.
