    I ordered a custom vending machine and I was nice enough to pay her up front in full for my item. When I received the item it was horrible. The cutting was rigged, there was clump of hot glue, it wasn't put together good at all and it wasn't done correctly. I contacted her for a refund and she refused. She said she would make it again but I needed it by the following day and she took awhile to even make that one and that I wanted a refund. She stopped replying to me and I was out of my money. She is a very dishonest person and her work is horrible. If she couldn't do it or just didn't have the time for this project she should have said so. She took my money and I was nice enough to pay in full. This is not a professional business even other customers said they weren't pleased by her work.
