      I purchased a high-end flight simulator computer system from XForce PC in spring of 2022. I just read a review from another customer from about a year previous to that, which was a one star review complaining about the poor customer service. That cannot be any further from the truth. Every instance of contact I had with XForce PC, especially with Ken in sales and service, has been above and beyond what I expected. He answered my endless stupid questions patiently, and when it shipped a day or so after I placed the order, they walk me through the whole shipping process and let me know of the progress all along the way. To this day, I still call Ken with questions about upgrades and things like that that I'm going to be buying from someone else, more than likely, and for his take on different software and hardware enhancements for the flight Sim that I use, and he's patient and answers all my questions and even calls me sir! How anybody could say that their customer service is lacking is beyond me. It's probably the best customer service I've ever experienced from any online vendor anytime anywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who's in the market for high-end flight simulation computing equipment to go directly to XForce PC, Their realistic, competitive pricing, fast order fulfillment and exemplary customer service is the best out there.
