    This company is disastrous. Prepare for random charges, and then when you move out they will charge you for every little thing, including issues to the property that were present at move in. This company cost me and my roommates hundreds of dollars each after move out for unnecessary fixes that were above our control. There is no way to speak with a person face to face, and anytime I would email them to try and fight charges, their solution was ignore my email. I will never use this company to rent again, they do not take accountability got anything and do not care about their tenants

    The move-out guidelines that we enforce are detailed in the lease agreement that was signed by the residents.
    The Security Deposit Disbursement form that was provided to these residents include detailed pictures explaining all deductions. The deductions in question were related to cleaning and landscaping responsibilities.
    Lastly, as we have already advised these residents in writing, any security deposit disputes need to be handled through Rhino since this is the policy the residents opted for upon move-in.

    If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This company is absolutely incompetent at every level. Despite providing written notice of my intent to sell my property, they rented my house for an additional year. Their office is inaccessible, as they lock their doors, preventing any face-to-face interactions. Communication is a nightmare – emails often go unanswered for days, and when they do respond, the replies are usually irrelevant to the question asked.
    Maria Suarez, in particular, epitomizes their incompetence. They attempted to approve a repair costing over $800 for a simple chain replacement on a toilet handle. When I pointed out the absurdity of this labor cost, they seemed shocked. I ended up scheduling the repair myself with a reputable plumber for only $150.
    What are my management fees even paying for? This company puts in no effort and clearly does not care about their clients. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

    Me and my husband was submitting 2 applications and paid $75 each. Applications was pending. I was continuously received an emails stating that i should submit an applications . They could not find my application and to pay again $75 each .It is SCAM

    One of the most unprofessional and greedy companies I’ve ever worked with. They no longer charge renters a service fee if something needs repaired (isn’t that why one rents?). Instead they charge an extra 30 each month whether or not you need a service call. According to them that covers the extra services they offer (??) and the quarterly air filter. Then an additional $5 service fee added when paying rent. The employees are amateur, inconsiderate, rude. Do not rent or allow them to manage your property. They couldn’t care less about you. Greedy amateurs.
