Thus far, I have had an amazingly satisfying experience with Fresh Bros. GREAT selection, including of legal in my state THC(a), clean, nonchemical or sky-spraying particulate taste (I think the flower I bought was grown indoors; Durban Poison AAA Sativa). Prices are reasonable and coupon codes work, making Fresh Bros more-than-competitive with other suppliers. Customer Service folks was VERY responsible and respectful. The slight delay in receiving my particular order was because Durban Poison is often out of stock. Just went back to the site now to add it to my wishlist before I run out.
I wish all businesses were run this way. DON'T EVER CHANGE.Fresh Bros

I ordered stuff on mothers day got 3 delta 8 on a discount. I have ordered a lot of stuff from them b4. Now they keep giving me excuses about Shipping it to me. I spent almost $200 this time which is a lot of money for me. I'm Disabled on social security. I'm on chemo treatment and the delta 8 helps me a lot. I told them that and they still taking forever to send it to me. I ordered it mothers day and now it the end of the month of July. I feel like I got robbed. Smh I just want to feel better and enjoy my summer. Not sick. I just emailed them few days a go they didn't even bother to answer me back. Omg this is terrible ??. Something has changed over the past few months. No one answers the phone anymore, no one returns voicemail and emails. I ordered over 2 weeks with no response. I've been ordering from this company for years with zero issues until now. This is my last order from them. I've referred countless people and am embarrassed because I know someone else that it took forever getting her products as well. I thought hers was a fluke until it happened to me. We are sorry you are experiencing these issues with your order. We have had very consistent email thread communication with you so we are very concerned about your review here. On July 18th you emailed in about your order and we informed you that our last batch of Delta 10 was out of stock and offered to resolve it with a substantial increase in value (1.2x the USD value of your order) to maybe try something different. We suggested you try something different after understanding your needs, as you mentioned to us: (directly quoted from email you sent July 19)
“My favorite is the Delta 8 tincture but I just stocked up with a prior order. Lol! I was really wanting to try the 10 or something that isn't as sedating as the 8. I do not smoke and can't take the gummies anymore as the sugar makes me sick after a weight loss surgery. I'm super complicated. Sorry! I'll take any suggestions for a "party" social light high as well.”
We then replied on with a final solution on July 19:
“HHCO oil is very fluid and could work well. It’s very potent however, but is uplifting. I would go with this but I would definitely baby the dose because it is very potent.

Your initial order was $188.60 and we have successfully added 1.2x value back to you (totaling $226.32) and that is active on your account currently to use.
We sent the link for you to simply checkout with your newly and increased value in points for the HHCO. We assumed this was acceptable to you as you confirmed it. With it being a substantially higher value amount back to you along with HHCO being a better product fit for you, we assumed that this issue was resolved. It really hurts us to hear that you still feel unsatisfied as we feel we have went above and beyond to communicate with you, understand your needs personally, issued you substantially more value that currently is on your account now, and recommended you a great solution that in our eyes was the ingredient right for you.
We take customer service very seriously here at Fresh Bros and really don’t know what else we can do here as we already got your approval to issue the credit.
Ultimate we feel that we have gone above and beyond for you and is very alarming to us you have rated this 1 star and feel like we have haven’t fulfilled exactly what we communicated with you. We have all the email receipts and hope that you can go back and reference what really happened.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 5th, canceled it on the 14th and requested my money back due to orders not being shipped out. They emailed me back apologizing, gave me store credit and assured this wouldn't happen again. So, I placed another order after they assured me they were having issues and they have been resolved - it's been over a week again and I haven't received my refund nor my products. The customer service is horrendous! They hardly email back, the phone number on their site is disconnected as well. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will warn others to stay away from this scam. Where's my money and products that you promised? Unbelievable how this company is operating.Fresh Bros

I had placed an order in April for CBD isolate during their 50% off sale. The order didn't go to shipping for a week, which is strange as they are my primary raw goods supplier and usually process within a day. Two weeks went by and I asked where the item was and was assured it would be shipped. It has almost been a month and nobody is returning my calls, emails or messages via social media. I don't really care what the excuse, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I am in the process of charging back with my company card now and will be switching suppliers after this highly unprofessional experience. Truly a shame since they were really reliable for a quite some time.Fresh Bros

We responded back April 17th 2023 1:09PM with news that your order has been completed and shipped. (Tracking: ********************** ) There was some delays with USPS that were out of our control but your product did indeed eventually arrive in Redwood Valley, CA on May 11th 2023 12:41PM. This situation was definitely out of the ordinary and going forward our shipments will be normal processing times or even expedited if you request so.

Yes, but there is more to the story than what was just mentioned. Another week went by and I reached out via email on the 24th. I was assured on the 25th that my order would once again be going out that week quoted as "We are getting everything sorted out at our new Fulfilment facility and plan to be caught up with raw material orders within the week. Once we get caught up we do not plan to have any additional delays as our team has been working diligently to get the new team accumulated with our products and SOPs." Another week or so went by and I had heard nothing so I called the company with no true definitive answer from the support email. Nobody picked up their line multiple times. I left a voicemail, maybe even two though I can't recall. I then directly called Anthony, a higher up in sales I believe, and his voicemail box was full probably from all the upset customers calling. I then sent him an email with no response again. I tried to communicate multiple times through numerous lines of communication while in the middle of an R&D study involving the products use in helping sick dogs that required more raw materials asap to no avail. An "unusual" situation indeed, unfortunate, but reliability and consistency, and communication above all is paramount from our raw goods manufacturers.Review fromCorbin J

Been ordering from freshbros for years now. Up until now I’ve had wonderful interactions but I ordered a 10 gram delta 8 syringe and it showed up cloudy, yellow, and painful to smoke. I’m concerned that my product isn’t pure because they haven’t posted a single COA since mid 2022. I’ve emailed both emails they have provided and they do not exist according to google nobody will answer there phone number it goes directly to leave a message. We consistently test our oils to ensure quality and potency. I'm not sure what COA you are referring to but our last large batch of D8 was finalized the end of December. We have been selling through that batch and have already re-tested for accuracy from the original COA.
