    12/16/24 While assisting a family member with the burrial of their mother I had my first and hopefully only experience with Live Oak Memorial Cemetery. If anyone has had to deal with Ms. Harris during your time of grief I appologlize for what you may have experienced. Speaking to this employee was disgusting she was disrespectful uncaring and rude. I called to try and clear up confusion for a griefing son and was immediately attacked because she had already spoken with him. When she finally allowed me to convey the information she continued to be rude and unkind. Being as she is clearly not the kind of person who should be assisting a grieving family I attempted to contact corporate to file a complaint only to be called back by Ms. Harris. Finally finding an out of state number for the corporate office I left an message with no return call. If this kind of treatment is ok with the corporate office I am appauled.

    12/19/24 Update: During the service yesterday, Davida Harris, who was asked not to assist with the service by the family, was on site of the service and refused to leave after they were assured that she would not be there by another employee. This woman could care less about someone who is grieving and took pride and enjoyment in bringing more stress to a grieving family. Before leaving, she made sure to make eye contact and, with a smirk, waved?. I have since been blocked from Live Oak Memorial’s Facebook for my honesty. Mr. Moore is her director at the corporate office in Texas; and still has not returned my call
