Zero stars! Terrible scam. Get you in for a promotion then high pressure upsale upsale upsale. The $9,000 LED facial wand was a deal at cost (because the box was slightly damaged) at $2700! When i got home found it selling on ebay for less than $500!!!!!!! Do not waste your tile or money here!

They don’t even deserve a 1 rating but that is the lowest allowed. So very deceptive. Same story with the “ I like your shoes”. How can they live with themselves. Run! Do not walk past this store! And they have a sister store 2 blocks away called Gallery 42 that is not as crooked but still very deceptive. Avoid that one also.

I was walking down the sidewalk & a woman said she liked my shoes, which were only flip flops, and asked the brand. She then asked where I was from, told her, and believe or not, they were opening a new store there!! Just like reading in other comments!! I asked where the location was & she directed me to a man inside. I was never given an address, just a slip of paper with an email address. He did put an eye serum under one of my eyes, asked how I liked it and then asked if he could put it on the other eye. Amazing I was able to walk out so easily, after reading the prior comments. They have a process to lure people in.... how deceiving!!!

Just like Patty C below - I was pulled in as they were opening an office in my hometown - except this was flowery branch not Connecticut. Once insight they got my friend and I who were enjoying a relaxing vacation to buy eye cream (kept pressure and lower price till we said yes). We paid, they went and took our credit card and came back without the merchandise. We told them we were busy but they said they could do a quick consultation. We were enjoying and agreed - - but this turned bad when it wasn't quick and when I said we need to get going they took me to another room. BIG mistake. I was then subject to a sales pitch and when I said I needed to go or wasn't going to buy they kept leaving and said we were almost done and when I asked about my friend they said she was almost done. LOTS of pressure, I felt THREATENED and was starting to panic as I did not know where my friend was. I said no and they said they had a package that had some damage and could get a deal if I agreed to provide input to them and paid for the warranty ($1200). I bought, as I felt I could not leave as I did not know where my friend was. This was a totally uncomfortable situation. Upon returning home, I tried to return the item . . . they said they would look into it and never got back to me. I sent them 4 emails and no response. these are SCAM artists. I am upset I fell for this. STAY AWAY.

Yes, a totally deceptive, high pressure, scam operation based on our late Febuary, 2023 tourist visit. A real bad look for Charleston's business image on Market Street. First, there's a manipulatively placed "spotter" at the front door--sometimes with a cute, leashed dog whose eyes communicate "please get me out of here." Spotter will pick out a potential mark by complimenting clothing or footware and then asking "where are you all from?" In retrospect, we might as well have said the planet Mars because the next step for spotter is to excitedly proclaim "OMG we're just getting ready to open a store there!" Spotter yells this to a person upstairs who then says "that's amazing....why don't you come up and try some free samples....get a free facial...check stuff out etc." Once (woman) is upstairs, facial samples are applied and as the "mark/woman" is sitting in the chair the cosmetics employee will begin a barrage of "one time only reduced bargains" for woman to buy. The approach is aggressive, intimidating and implicitedly coercive. The only way out of the situation is/was to completely disengage and walk out the store. The store's business model is based on the hope that people will feel too intimidated to fight back and will feel their only recourse is to buy something. In short, the business preys on tourist ignorance and ironically their gulliablity plus courtesy. BBB please do something instead of just posting complaints and reviews!

We had the same exact experience last week (2/22/23) as the customer review below. This outfit is a high pressure, manipulative scam operation. It's complete with a "spotter" at the door (accompanied by a cute dog on a leash who via eye communication begs to be anywhere else). Once a woman is deceived to come upstairs for "free" samples, she is held virtually captive by an aggressive sales woman who relentlessly offers one time only discounts on merchandise....she goes on and on.....the only way my wife and I got out of the place was by getting up and walking out. Why does the city allow this type of business to exist? It obviously preys on tourists and utilizes deception and coercion. Bad image for the city given its location on "Market" street.

If I could give a rating of ZERO STARS, I would! I walked by this place while on vacation in Charleston. A young girl/employee standing halfway in the door and half outside said to me "Oh, I love your shoes! Did you buy them here?" I said "No I bought them at home". She said, "Oh, where is home? Where are you from?" I said "_____, CT" and she said "Oh my God!" Then she yelled to the woman inside (I think the owner) and said to her "this lady [while pointing to me] is from ____, CT!" and she turned to me and said: "We're opening a store there! " Then the lady came out and asked me to come in. I said we were on our way to a Carriage Tour so I only had a few minutes. Then I asked: "where is your store going to be in ___CT?" and she ignored my question and started applying crap to my eye before I could even tell her that I didnt want it. Then I asked her again where her store was going to be in ___CT and she said "It will say on the brochure". Then I realized it was a SCAM and a ploy to get me to come inside. I told her I had to go and she tried to stop me saying to wait until she puts the cream on the other eye and she also wanted to get me samples. I just ran out. There was also another review on Google saying the same thing. This is NO WAY to do Business or get people to use your product or service. I can only assume their product/services are no good. About an hour later I had a rash on my eye where she put the cream. I was allergic to whatever it was. I plan contact the town of Charleston as well.
