    On June 14,2022 this company showed up to repair my irrigation. The job was not completed correctly the first day causing a huge flood in my yard and several neighbors yards. I was unable to contact the company for several hours. When I finally talked to them they came out and supposedly fixed the issue. Some of the zones are wired together, a neighbors cable was cut because they didn't have the yard marked. Our water bill is triple what it should be for 3 months. I requested that the company come back out and fix their mistakes. They came out again but told me without doing anything that there was nothing wrong and they would not be doing anymore work at my house. I not only have water continuously running under the ground because of them but I have 3 heads that won't pop up on their own they also refused to fix this morning

    When we serviced his system in June he did call back to say the valve we repaired had blown back out, we went back immediately and fixed the problem, even gave him a paid invoice so he could get a discount on water bill. He was very unpleasant during the whole process even making threats which I'll be more than happy to share with you for he texted them to me. Recently his girlfriend called and said the water bill was still high, we went back and checked the work we did and nothing was leaking. As far as cutting the neighbors cable this is the first I heard of it. The only digging that was performed was around his valve box.

    I was not given an opportunity to explain to the owner exactly what the water company explained to me and where the possible leak is happening. He was very rude as he said his guys were leaving and he would not come back to my property. There was a lot more digging than just around the box as he is saying. There are still heads that are not working correctly as was mentioned upon deaf ears. The only thing the guys did when they came out is open the box and also asked why there were wires hanging from the house which is something the original tech did. We have shut her irrigation completely off to prove it is the irrigation causing the problem as well as preventing a fire because the box was rewired by the owner so more than one zone is running together on the same line. Because all of this work has to be completely redone and the owner is refusing to fix the problems I am still insisting on a refund. This company should not be doing business as professionals.
