  Marc from Cantey came to my house on April 24th and did an assessment on the walk way, porch and drive way. He said to lock in the quote, schedule and do the work required a 20 percent deposit on that day. He informed me it was an easy job and maybe done in one day. I gave him the deposit. I go a whole week with no correspondence and I asked on May 1st when the work will be completed. I am told they will get back to me. Another week goes by with no correspondence. I reengage on May 8th and ask if we even doing this job. The Sales man informs me the job will be next month. This is unacceptable. At no time during our conversation did he say it would be a 2 month lead time. He said I was bumped because of other pool jobs. I requested a refund on my deposit since they wasted over two weeks of my time. I received a call from Marc the Camden office and he requests to not return my deposit but to call me the next day. On May 9th I received a call from Marc and I am told they never scheduled the job. He has chosen not to make this right and will work to return my deposit. Overall, this has been a complete JOKE and a waste of my time. I am just one home owner but in a populated neighborhood who goes to church and part of the school board. I will be sharing this negative experience with this company because it is evident that this company does not have integrity.

  Called Canty to get a quote for my home in Lugoff. Their representative called to secure an appointment within 4 hours of my call. He called again on day of appointment to let me know his arrival time which was on schedule. Upon arrival and meeting he went to work checking my crawl space. He was knowledgeable, professional and personal. After receiving the quote he called the next day to see if there was any questions. First time we had such great service!

  Very professional and honest. As a new homeowner, I was told by my peers to contact Cantey and have them fully encapsulate my crawlspace. After my free inspection, I was sold something that was much more affordable and they had the knowledge to convince me it was still a complete solution. Would recommend to anyone.

  This place is not professional. I have tried for weeks to get things resolved with my gutter install. i am at a loss for words. Randi does not schedule with the techs, techs are extremely nice. the office seems to fail. Techs came out on 8/10, to apparently fix this. it was 100 degrees when they showed. I explained it had to be too hot for them, they could come back. was told, again, by Randi they would be here on the 17th. no call, no show. contacted the tech on 8/17, and he called me as he was told he was sent on another two day job. Avoid if you can, this has been pretty bad.

  I choose Cantey over crypto because of cost now I am going to have to call Drypro to get my repair fixed right. I had Cantey install a French drain to divert water coming into my carport to date they came back to make a repair. The discharge for the drain sends water directly into my carport the we paid 6 grand to eliminate. Trying to get someone from Cantey to return an email is useless. I would not recommend this company for any work you need done. Reach out to a real professional company that cares about your concerns.

  I had 3 companies come out to estimate repairs to possible foundation problems. The Cantey rep sent me a quote of $24,000 while RamJack told me there was nothing wrong with my foundation.
