    Bottom line We gave them $10,000 for a down payment /deposit on our project in late February 2022 ( which they requested in order to give us a start date). It is now June 2022 and they have changed and pushed back our start date 3 times!The project we initially wanted was actually supposed to be larger, but our HOA wouldnt approve it ( in order to get our start date on the books, APD required the deposit before approval from our HOA) and when it wasnt approved they wanted to charge us the same amount for a smaller project as the larger one would cost!! I was able to get APD to change the contract for a reduced amount /price which more accurately reflected the smaller project size.My issue is that they insisted on getting this large deposit so that we could get a start date on the books, and now they keep moving the start date saying ( in a form letter email) that they are having delays and to be patient. We started this process with them in January, gave them our deposit in February and are still waiting in June!Numerous calls, emails etc. to the company has proven to be unsuccessful in trying to get them to do the job.Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!
