Glasses are a custom made product. There are no returns on glasses once you agree to purchase them and they are sent to our lab to be made to your specifications. We will happily recheck and remake the glasses once at no cost to ensure that if there is a problem with the prescription or make of the glasses. If a problem exists after that first recheck, remake, we will not be liable for refunds or changes. Glasses come with the vendors manufacturer's warranty on quality, which typically is one year after purchase. We will assist the customer in replacement if the product has been deemed defective by the manufacturer and qualifies as a warranted repair.
We will happily try and fix your broken, twisted or out of adjustment frames, glasses, and other vision devices, many times at no cost to you. But, we will not be held responsible for the product breaking during the process. Many times, the glasses are stressed beyond repair, and the weld can break in an attempt to repair the bent frames.
