    The apartments a big inside but it's the maintenance staff and the corporate office that do not do a good job. It takes forever to get anything repaired little simple things take days to get repaired. I put in for a new microwave in 2023 of July I did not get it until April of 2024. The girl in the office is evil she do not do her job she makes everything difficult and hard for the tenants.

    This property has water and sewage problems. I have been here for * years and every year sometimes 3 or 4 times out the year we have had to deal with sewage problems where there is water all over the bathroom floors sewage water, kitchen sinks are stopped up and toilets are running over and you can't use them. It has taken them days to get someone out to fix the problem but it never really get fixed it only get patch up until the next time. Like now we have been dealing with sewage water outside the door right by my apartment and its been like that almost a week now and no one is coming out until next week to fit the pump so today is Thursday and we have to go through this until next Tuesday its very frustrating because you cant use the toilet, barley can wash dishes because the sink in the kitchen is bubbling and stopped up. They can not keep no maintenance staff they hire someone and the next month they are gone, work orders take forever I am still waiting on my microwave to get replaced its been over a month and we are getting ready to go into another month. I will say the apartments are big and spacious but its all the other problems that you have to deal with.
