    No longer supports Thermador. ********* was who I called for support. Thermador set up a warranty service call. I waited days. I finally get on the internet to find and call this company. The person calmly says, I don't service Thermador anymore. They received the email from Thermador. Didn't reach out. No answer. Days wasted waiting for service.

    Since I do not service Thermador warranty any longer I was not looking for any emails from the manufacturer. When I did answer the call from the consumer, which was the first time he called me. I told him I no longer do Thermador warranty. I offered to even try to troubleshoot it on the phone for him to at least help him out. The manufacturer should have given him my number in the first place. Instead of him waiting for a call from me.
