    I recently had the worst experience ever with SafeRack with making a return on an overhead storage rack. **************** acts as though you returning an item for a refund is illegal and don't want to refund you your full amount of the purchase price.This most recent experience I returned a overhead storage rack that cost over $200. In the past when making a return; customer service will send you an email confirming your refund and the amount you will be receiving.With my last return I never got a confirmation email to let me know how much I was getting back minus their restocking fees etc.2 weeks had gone by so I contacted customer service to inquire and all they told me was that my refund had been applied back to the credit card I made the initial purchase on and if I didn't see it that the fault was on my credit unions end and that I needed to contact them.Contacting my credit union and reviewing my account I never received my refund so I had to open a credit card dispute claim and thus far SafeRacks has only wanted to refund me $100 of my $200 purchase price.Beware if you're ever in the market for overhead storage racks; I'd look at other companies 1st and not have the go through this b.s. process of them not wanting to refund me my money when they've already notified me that they have received my returned item.Buyer Beware!
