    Beware of this company. Had issues where things was backed up in the house. Came out told me my drain lines needed to be repaired and then charged me and never replaced them, wanted to do a half way job when I needed a full repair. I called him out on how much he charged me and that it wasent fair and told me I’d revive a refund and it’s been a month and I’ve called over 20 times and he will not take my call. Please be aware!

    On 01-29-24, I had water coming up in my house through the bathtub & commodes. I immediately grab towels & rugs to soak up the water & ran immediately to the road to cut the water off. I started calling people that do this kind of work; had to leave messages on some of them. Rooter Express just pumped/clean out my septic tank 08-2021. When I talked with Amanda at Rooter Express, I understood her to say that she felt that I would not need my tank pumped agin, since I had it pumped 08-2021 & that the fee would be $150.00. I had asked her about how much would it cost because I wanted to have an idea up front. Taylor T*** was the technician & said that we have been having a lot of rain & that the drain lines were not draining right & the water was going back into the septic tank. He said it was $2,535.00. to me this was overwhelming. I have been talking with some other septic tank companies & they all said that was overcharged. People that I have talked with now are quoting me the anywhere from $300 to $450; at the highest. I know that I will not call Rooter Express again & I don't understand why they had to charge me this amount. Was it because I was old? I also feel that it would be good if they would reimburse me some of this amount back.
