    My husband and I bought a used 2017 fifth wheel camper and found out that they sold us a camper that had mold and wood rot. We traded it in for a travel trailer and the inspector told us all of the problems it had so don’t use them if you have to get a rv or campers. Ricky Boyce and Janet Boyce

    We are sorry for the issues you may have had with your camper. We do try to take care of our customers even on used campers that do not have any warranty on them. So I researched this sale in our database and found out that this particular sale we did take care of the customer as a good will gesture to them. They had used the camper and the slide out cut into the vinyl floor and had some other issues that we repaired for them at no cost to the customer for the amount of $3,720.00 our cost to make it right for them. We never even charged them any portion of the cost, we just took care of it-a good will gesture to try to make customers happy and returning back for more work and to buy new campers. We make sure the customers know that all used units do not have any warranty on them, its is spelled out on our purchase order that it is a used camper with no warranty. It is the same on the unit that they traded into us, it was traded into us "as is" with no warranty. But it had mold and a rotten area in the rear floor where the slide was leaking, but we didn't expect them to fix it. We had to clean it and discount it to sell it. We are sorry for the issues and perhaps in the future we can make them happy campers again.
