This was such a silly issue that ***** could have really resolved as a win-win. Me: At first, I thought the bit broke, but after the third bit, I realized that the bit was actually separating from the shank. I have not had that happen before, but now three of the "***** 22PC. Titanium Drill Bit Set" bits have had this happen: 1/4", 3/8", 1/8". I am fairly confident it was not "operator error" and not normal wear and tear. Are you able to send me a replacement set or replacement bits? *****: I will be happy to assist you. We truly appreciate your loyalty to ***** and your continued trust in our tools. While we do offer replacements for eligible power tools under warranty, drill bits are considered consumable items and are not covered for replacement in the same way. These items are subject to wear over time and would need to be purchased separately. That said, your feedback is very important to us. We will make sure to share your experience with our product development team to help prevent issues like this in the future and improve overall quality. Me: For a drill bit to dull, that is expected from a consumable. Even if it broke due to my mistake, that is expected. However, these simply came apart. That is not expected. The warranty states the product is "warranted against defective parts & labor only, not misuse or deterioration via normal wear and tear." The bits were not used often enough to "wear and tear." They came apart. They were NOT consumed by use and time. *****: While consumable items like drill bits are generally not covered under warranty due to expected wear, premature separation as you described is not typical and could indicate a manufacturing defect. I then jumped through all their hoops for receipts, labels, etc. and they came back with "outside 90-day warranty," which was not stated anywhere. If this is how they respond to a $3-4.00 cost to them to fix... I feel sorry

A truly unacceptable experience with Ryobi Tools customer phone care and decided to leave this review after several failed attempts to bring this to corporate’s attention. The first CSR (no language barrier) I spoke to, asked me to repeat everything I said several times, acting like she had difficulty hearing me. I would talk louder and louder to ensure I was heard & used terms to spell out the information, such as “T as in Thomas” when trying to provide her with the model number. She responded each time, alternating between saying that she heard “P” or “B” continuing to pretend not to hear me. This went on for several minutes before I said, “what letter does Thomas start with?” She finally said, “ma’am, it’s just a joke” before making rambling comments that made no sense. Jokes about being hungry & chocolate, etc., completely losing me in conversation. I explained that as a frustrated customer calling for assistance, this really isn’t an appropriate time to make jokes. After putting up with all this nonsense to get to this point, she hung up on me. Not a great look for Ryobi to have someone like this representing your company. Called back to try again to get some help & got a more professional CSR this time, who was very nice, but had no idea how to help me resolve the issue with my new product. As a long time Ryobi customer, I was certainly caught off guard with this experience. I guess you get what you pay for. Even more disappointing to have reached out several times to corporate with no response. It’s a shame to learn that TTI does not value me as a customer, so the product went right back to the store & Im researching different makes. In the future, I will be sure to shop for brands that are not under the TTI umbrella.

Still waiting on my replacement mower to be shipped ..it's been sitting in the warehouse over a week ..it's been since February 20th that I have sent all the necessary information & photos that were requested after dismantling my mower that was recalled reached out to TTI through email and phone calls and the horrific waste of time being given the same responses (it's being processed or it'll be shipped to me soon) has gotten extremely annoying ..finally receiving a tracking number the replacement mower sits in the warehouse because Noone has notified ***** to pickup the shipment ..frustrated is an understatement..I was hoping to have my replacement as stated within the 2 weeks I received the email from TTI again another lie and overwhelmingly disappointed ..this has been a nightmare to say the least ..I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ***** EQUIPMENT

My ****** ****** vacuum broke within 93 days and less than 5 uses. This product is a complete and utter failure. I regularly emptied the dust bin and removed any hair. It's clear that this product is simply defective and not fit for purpose. Hoover should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a shoddy product. It's a waste of my time and money. I demand a full refund and an apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

***** company is the worst customer service and product provider I have experienced. If there is an option to rate the company with "no stars" so that the review can be posted, I would. I received a ***** power tool as a gift. Now, the battery does not work (it does not charge) and I am unable to use the associated item of the lawn trimmer due to no ***** battery. When I called *****, I spoke to various representatives who continuously repeated their scripted lines (because each person sounded robotically the same) about their policy being as follows: when the product is outside "their" manufactured warranty of three years then a customer needs a receipt to receive a replacement. This is strategically fraudulent and manipulative from *****. 1) The product I have is a gifted item; since, it is not common practice to give a person a "receipt" when it is a gift, I do not have a receipt of purchase. The item was given to me. 2) Why would the only resolution by such a big company require a receipt after the many years? For example, common practice of many corporations requires that a receipt be available the first 14-90 days of a purchase from the store it was bought meanwhile, the company warranty is extended anywhere from 1 year to lifetime. Meanwhile, ***** does not do this. At three years from the manufacturing date, a customer will be left with no resolution. For all I know, the item I have was sitting on the store shelf for who knows how long, until it was finally purchased by the person who gave it to me. Therefore, the company's "manufacturing three-year warranty" was already depreciating in its "guaranteed warranty time." Therefore, this policy leaves clients at a disadvantage. This company needs to reevaluate its policies so that it can provide satisfactory support to its clients and provide quality products. For further information, I shared a longer unsatisfactory review on "**************" regarding this company.

Purchased a push mower. Did not last 2 years and the transmission went out. Been without the mower for 3 months now. Had to drive 1 hour away to a repair shop. I am being told by repair shop that ***** has not sent transmission. Per ***** the repair shop has transmission. I live in a gated community that I have to have my grass at a curtain height. I have having to pay 100 a week to have my yard mowed.

I took in a table saw with a burned up motor to the local repair shop. This was 4 months ago I’ve spoken to the shop on 4-5 seperate occasions with no answers. I’ve spoken to ***** customer service today 7/22/2024 and also on several other occasions they said my claim was denied the reason I purchased the saw was to have a warranty which is non existent. I called the local repair shop they said I could come pick up the broken table saw but “ their hands were tied” at this point I’d just like a refund and I will never purchase another ***** product as long as I live this is the worst customer service I’ve ever recieved.

This is the manufacturer of Hart tools. I purchased a lawnmower and the battery quit working after less than 2 months. It would no longer charge and the charger would not recognize it. I attempted to contact the company as the product is warranty but since I love on the West Coast it is difficult as the only work 7-5est. After 2 weeks of attempting to speak with someone and several hours of being on hold I finally get through to someone only to be told that it will take about 14 working days before a tracking number is generated and a new battery is shipped. They are trying as hard as possible to make sure that if anything goes wrong with their products that it is easier to spend more money with them than to actually honor their warranty. Buyer beware. This company is not honorable
