The company is very small and does not have the staff to reach out to customers directly for payment but do have time to reach out to schedule services. Most companies would not wait a year to send paper bills if they had not been paid. I received bills totaling $450 for services dated back to June 2023. When I contacted the company, I was told they were sending emails, and we must not have received or maybe they ended up in spam. When asked what email address they were using, I found the address was not correct. I asked why it took a year for someone to send a paper bill and why someone did not reach directly to find out why they had not been paid. I was told they are a small company, and they are doing the best they can. Unfortunately, I believe if a company was not being paid, they would not continue services until they were paid. Why would your company complete services for a year without payment. I then was told I should have known the bill wasn't being paid. Unfortunately, my husband was the person scheduling the services and I did not even know the name of the company. I pay all the bills that come in the mail or that are sent to me. I never received a bill. I am reluctantly paying these bills because service was provided. On another note, my husband doesn't mind living with bugs. We have always had bugs even with this service. I do not recommend this company.

Thank you for review. Our customers are our number priority and we strive to do our very best! After looking into your account, our office staff is not the one's who was scheduling your services. Our techncian that services your area was scheduling it and did not notice that you owed a balance. Mistakes do happen. Our services are guaranteed services which means if you were still seeing bugs all you had to do is call us and we would gladly come back out to take care of the problems. Thank you for your payment for the services that were provided with no late charges being added for non payment for one year. We are a small company who like other small and large companies have had trouble with maintaining and hiring employees since COVID so therefore this technician was helping the office out by doing some of his own scheduling. We appologize for your inconvenience of servicing your account and not being charged for one year of service before it was noticed. If we can help you in the future please let us know. Again, our customer's are number one Priority and I apologize again for this happening to you.
