  I have a home warranty and they scheduled a service call because my AC quit working. The warranty company sent Guaranteed Services LLC to come out. First of all, on their first day a guy from Guaranteed Services LLC called me up(when they were already late) and told me they had a no call no show and I had to prompt him to do something, so he said someone would call me back to reschedule. That never happened. That was a sign... Anyway to the real problem... They reported that I had a missing plenum(classified as missing part). The warranty company denied my claim based on this main reason. That is NOT true. I do not have a missing part. I have had 3 other HVAC companies in the past come out and work on my system and this was NEVER the case. If that were the case my AC would not even be cooling or blowing air. I told the girl at Guaranteed Services, LLC this. Her name is Trina. When I told her that is not true and that I have had 3 other people confirm that's not the truth she said she doesn't care about that and I am a dishonest customer and I was "no longer a customer of theirs", said don't call back and hung up. Then I called back and asked to speak to her manager and she told me she is the manager and that if I called back again she would call Anderson police. So now I'm writing this review. This is a ***HIGHLY*** unprofessional company. This is a SCAMMING company. Not sure exactly what their angle is on this but they are definitely dishonest. The only "Guaranteed Services" they provide is accusatory, late, inaccurate, lying, rude, and dishonest. I am filing this complaint and I plan on escalating this upward and outward... to disseminate the word about Trina, and Guaranteed Services LLC. Trina was a very rude woman. She kept cutting me off and not hearing anything I was saying and calling me a liar and a dishonest person. Now I cant get my AC fixed because they put down inaccurate information and wont allow me to call back to try to get this resolved.

  I wouldn't hire this company. Left with structural issues, didn't complete the work, siding has gaps all over, doesn't keep clean work site, rarely shows up, doesn't validate subcontractors work and expects payment when the work that was done is bot satisfactory. Horrible response and lack of response. He has not completed work and will not answer phone or messages. Has his subcontractors call looking for equipment they left (abandoned) on site. Do not hire, he has no clue what he is doing and hires subs that have no clue what they are doing.

  5-22-2023: A driver for this company literally backed into me physically at the Pilot Gas Station at exit 192 off of I-10. I hit the back of the vehicle, he stopped…LAUGHED, AND PULLED OFF. I got a picture of his van and the license plate! What kind of company hires an idiot like this to represent their business? Judging from the complaints and bad reports I’ve read and heard, I believe that this will fall on deaf ears, but I just had to say something!!! I only gave a rating, because I could not make this post without doing so.

  Guaranteed came out to check out the noises my heater was making as part of a home warranty program and the technicians told me I needed a new fan and that is what they would put in the report to ***** ******** **** Warranty. When I found out my claim was closed today because I had not heard from anyone, I called the warranty company and was told that Guaranteed stated that the system was operating as it should and there were just noises. Prior to their service call, I had my system checked by ***** Heating and Air as part on my semi-annual maintenance plan. They stated my heater fan needed to be replaced. Guaranteed is not a trustworthy company and I will make sure all my friends and family know as well. I also plan to post this integrity issue on my neighborhood app that goes to numerous neighborhoods in our area. At a minimum, Guaranteed should correct their report to ***** ******** **** Warranty to reflect the truth.

  Joel G***** came to do maintenance on my furnace. He was on time, very nice and took time to answer all my questions. He was very thorough and I was quite pleased with his work. Would always recommend Guaranteed Service.
