Rudolph O’Neal, CPA, LLC, Did my taxes for 2014, in 2015. According to the IRS HIS OFFICE NEVER sent the electronic filed taxes to the IRS. EVEN WITH A SIGNED FROM * **** form stating that it will and would send them to the IRS. I had sent in my full taxes owed and then received a statement form the IRS that they had no tax form for me but did have my taxes money owed, I called Mr O’Neils office, they where very rude and stated they sent it and I told them not according to the IRS. PLEASE SEND THE FORMS… they said they would, never did send them… now I’m missing the 2014 year on my SS statement and cannot retrieve what is owed to me. Because of his incompetence and unprofessional office, I’m paying for it. I had paid him $495 for his services. Also since I had never heard from the IRS BUT TWICE I thought the matter resolved. But it wasn’t, Truly bad business
