    This company that owns air and vacuum machines, usually placed at gas stations. I had an incident where I put my card in and it said unauthorized transaction that happened four times. I then used another source to pay. Few minutes later I looked at my bank acct I saw that it had come out four times. I then contacted the company first and foremost. They asked if I wanted a refund. Who wouldn't want a refund when they lost money and didn't get the service? Then I had to fill out an online form which states if refunded, a check would be mailed (circa ****) Later that day, I received an email saying they were not going to refund me because those transactions did not go through on my account. Hmmmm I have bank PROOF. They are scammers and horrible customer service.
