"Recently purchased vehicle from this dealer **** was the salesman took car for test drive with my father found that vehicle wasn't road worthy shocks and struts completely dead every bump in road felt like pot hole and drivers side was making metal to metal contact sound told Bill this car really need work there broken or warn out parts in front end of vehicle suspension parts , i proceeded to inspect a the car further Pop the hood open and noticed the water pump was leaking asked **** to fix these issues with vehicle he said ok also noticed rocker panels hanging off car because the ends where cracked and broken , get back to dealer after few days he says car all set , picked car up was dark because it was around 530pm so really couldn't look at car well so I sign paper work and purchase the vehicle out right and trade my previous vehicle in towards this car they where paid in full , they didn't replace the rocker panels that where screwed to the body of the car with self tappers and they installed metal bracket they made and painted it but as I'm driving home that night I notice the car still really bad over bumps etc,shocks and struts where bad they refused to replace them and said it passes inspection then I notice antifreeze still leaking from water pump **** said it was fixed so go back and forth with **** ,he says I'll buy the shocks myself you can put them in on my lift in my shop didn't happen because I didn't have time to install them which I shouldn't been the person replacing them on car now a month later finally agrees to have them put in I complained about vibrations in front of vehicle says when they put shocks they will inspect it all tell him antifreeze still leaking says I'll have it fixed get car back with new struts shocks and front sway bar links car was inspected in ri on 10/05 shocks struts sway bar links installed 11/20 car still leaking antifreeze from water pump they didn't fix for 3 **** then he said owner refuses to do any more work"
