    Avoid Tri-State Mechanical Services and ****** ******** (*****)I had an extremely frustrating experience with ****** ********, also known as "*****," from Tri-State Mechanical Services, located at ******************************* (though I'm not even sure if this address is accurate). ***** was hired to install a Navien water heating system at my home, and let me tell you, the job took forever to complete.***** promised that the unit was connected to his phone so that he would be alerted if anything went wrong in the future. Less than a week after the installation, we had no heat. I called ***** multiple times and sent text messages, but he did not respond. After several attempts, he finally got back to me and "fixed" the problem. However, the issue persisted the unit kept flashing an error message, and there was water leaking.I reached out to him again, and he said he would come to fix it. Guess what? He never showed up! ***** is unreliable, takes your money, and ignores your calls. Its been nothing but a headache, and now we're forced to find someone else to take care of the unit going forward.I highly recommend staying away from Tri-State Mechanical Services and ****** ********. This has been the absolute worst service experience Ive ever had. Do yourself a favor and choose a more professional company that actually stands behind their work!
