    They're cute, but not realistic. The paws are too big and they don't have shoulder blades, so they actually look pretty weird. The ears are hard and the tails look like they were run over. You would think for as much as they charge,, they could at least give it a three-dimensional tail. They shed all over you, but if you brush them too much they start going ******* cat worked for 10 months, which is a relatively long time from what I've read in other reviews. But trying to get any help was a total waste of time. The company's "support" is an absolute joke and I told them so. Then a very sweet person bought me a new cat to replace the other one. It meows and purrs, opens and closes its eyes, and twitches its head. That's it. I don't want to tell my friend that they sold her a defective product, because I know she'll just get jerked around if she tries to get any resolution. Retailers like this one have turned customer service into an exasperating, ineffective, time-consuming nightmare. I will never buy anything from them again. If they can't treat their customers with some respect, they don't deserve their business.
