"Nexus Property Management in ************ is horrible,maintenance ****,landlord ****,manager ****, I've been renting from them for a couple of years now if I could find another place the next day I would break my lease in leave there apartment.maintenance guy's can't fixed nothing properly, they have barged into my apartment without notice, there's rodents problems in my apartment ,then they have the nerve to raise the rent 2 in one year just because they money hungry the apartment ain't worth nothing but $500 a month because it falling apart peace by peace almost everyday in there is days we go 2 weeks without garbage pickups they also don't ever pickup any calls, but they don't care about their customers aslong they get their money."
