CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made in writing within 60 daysof reservation will receive a refund equal to all payments made less a 10%processing fee. Processing fee is taken from total expected rent.
Cancellations made on or after 60 days of bookingreservation will be subject to forfeiture of all advance payments in the eventthe Villa cannot be re-rented. If Villa is re-rented, we will refund yourpayments less a 10% processing fee based on total rent.
Cancellations or early departures do not warrant any refundsof rent or deposits.MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters mustcancel in writing 120 days prior to check-in. Modifications of the monthlyrental period must be made at least 90 days prior to check-in.
