    I think this business is struggling to stay afloat, based on their shady business practices of taking your money without following the ******** laws and statutes and their lack of knowledge and support for their loyal consumers. My daughter received several piercings from this establishment, and most were when she was underage and didn't have my consent. It just so happens that the last piercing ended up getting infected, a dermal piercing. We went to the ** and was advised to call the piercing establishment for some direction on whether the jewel attached unscrewed or to get a picture of the actual object that was pierced into the skin. But we were met with hostility and rushed off the phone by them hanging up on ** twice. They wanted absolutely nothing to do with ** after they found out the piercing to infected. As if they were willing to just take my daughter's money with very little regard of the aftercare or her safety afterwards. It has been a dishearten and dissatisfying experience when dealing with them. I feel my daughter's naivety has been exploited and she was taken advantage of in a way.
