      Consumer alert, We canceled our ** insurance and moved to MA, They owe us $1943.44 They told us it will take ***** days to get our overpayment back. That's unacceptable, we sent a certified letter to them and never heard a word. We call their # and sit on the line for 2.5 hrs., no one picks up and no one ever calls back.

      I applied and was deemed ineligible. In the following 20 minutes, I received 15 scam phone calls! 20 minutes! Some within the same minute. And it doesnt matter how many times I say take me off the call list, someone new calls.

      My wife re-enrolled with Healthsource in December 2022. She received a new membership card and a letter saying she was paid in full and "all set." When she went to a doctor's *********** in early January 2023, she was told that her insurance was not valid. When she called Healthsource, they said her payment had been rejected by her bank (Citizens). She called Citizens and they said Healthsource had never requested payment and she had plenty of money in her account. My wife has a serious medical condition and needs to see a specialist today. After many phone calls, Healthsource said they are looking into the problem but have not resolved it. They have been exceedingly unhelpful. If you are looking for insurance, I suggest you avoid this company.
