Thanks for the assessment and the report, very complete and comprehensive.I am aware that we need a extensive list of corrective and critical steps but must they all be done at once or can some be address later. For example a Minisplit was suggested. What's the next step?there certain things I can do but am not sure what the sequence is I will call the office and gather more info.Overall it was necessary and has been very informative..**********Review fromKelly L

I was pleased with the entire process, from assessment to completion of all the items needed to complete the job on my very old home. The vendors were respectful, efficient and responsible and even cleaned as they worked. I found the estimate to be fair and appreciate the opportunity to participate in this opportunity to make my home more energy efficient.Review fromKathy F

I recently had RISE engineering over to blow insulation into my attic. In the beginning they quoted me one price, and when it was time for insulation, they quoted me another price saying that I needed more done, and that I needed a fan put in that would be on continuously without any switch to turn it off. I didnt like the idea that I would have a fan going on continuously even if I go on vacation. The whole idea is to save money on my utilities not to pay more. I was so discouraged and told him forget it and then I would not give them a good review so they left . And apparently they have incompetent workers and they need to train better. I am discouraged with the entire situation.Review fromnat s

PLEASE take advantage of RISE and their FREE assessment of your house's energy waste/improvement plan, etc. They offer lots of incentives, and even more based on your family's income. My representative was fantastic, and did a great job explaining everything in detail, without trying to "sell" me. A+ all the way.Review fromAlec D

Do not trust Rise to work on your home. I had work completed back in October of ********************************************************** my attic. I told Rise about this and they told me they would just spray it with bleach (which is not up to code) i then had to go out and hire multiple independent specialists to come in and give reports to prove to Rise the mold was caused by their wrong doing. They acknowledged the wrong doing in March yet it is not almost august and they have yet to fix it. They keep giving me the run around saying they have reached out to the remediation company but that is completely false. I have stated the potential health risks associated with having mold in my attic which is connected to my master bedroom. They stated mold is not a concern and you can live in a home with mold. We all pay a tax to have Rise complete work in our utility **** and come to find out they cut corners on work and put lives at stake. They cut into my roof to add ventilation and didnt even pull permits which is also not up to code. Cant even imagine these guys are allowed and licensed to operate while going and putting peoples lives at risk. Horrible service and terrible workmanship.
