I had a terrible experience with this company. They were great when I was designing my kitchen but once you pay your non refundable payment you can forget about any customer service. I purchased ******************** and countertops from them. I was given a price of ***** a sq ft installed for 55 sq ft of countertops ( subject to templating) which I paid. When they came to measure I was given a price 0f 80.52 a sq ft for ***** sq ft. plus additional fees for delivery and a sink cut out of ******. It ended up being a 50% mark up from the original price I had already paid in advance. I spent months trying to resolve the problem only to be ignored . They never addressed my concerns.I had no problem paying for the additional sq ft of material but I wanted it at the price of ***** that was in my contract I also disputed the additional fees that were never mentioned or agreed upon in the original contract; After months of not having the use of my kitchen and giving me the run around they finally honored the original price per square ft but still charged the additional fees. I paid it under duress because they had a no refund policy. In my opinion they are a dishonest company any additional fees should have been in the original contract. If this is their business they know in advance about the fees so why not disclose them at the time of purchase so the customer can make an informed decision on who they want to do business with.
