  My first impression of ** and his crew was very good. He sent me an estimate to install a paver patio, even out the back steps, and make a small paver repair to the front walkway. They came and did the job, it looked okay, I paid him. Several months later I noticed it looked like everything was sinking, something he told me would not happen if the base was done correctly. A year later, the whole thing, even the walkway repair has sunk. The patio and back steps are a mess. I called him. He asked for photosI sent them. I texted him again when I had no response from the photos. Again he ignored me. I tried to text him one other time, only to find out he had blocked me from communicating with him. At no point in our interactions was I rude or unreasonable. I expected he would make the repairs, which he has not done. I want the repairs made or him to pay for proper repairs done by another company.

  I really wanted to write a great review about this company after our first interaction but unfortunately Im doing the opposite. We had initially reached out for the landscaping of our front yard and our meeting went great- we were excited, the owner-TJ, was super nice and professional, it seemed like a great fit! About a week later we were set to meet to pick out plants but in that timeframe some of our needs had changed (as they do!). When meeting to pick out the plants it was like we were meeting a completely different person- completely unprofessional, rude, ******* us (I honestly dont remember most of the plants we picked because we were going so fast), not explaining anything about the plants to us, and at the end of the meeting did not give us any direction as to when to expect an updated quote or anything- just told us we could leave. Completely dismissive. After this interaction we all decided we did not want someone we were paying to do a service to flip a switch like that on us- not sure what was going but it was super disheartening. A few days go by, no word from the owner and a crew just shows up at our house ready to put plants in! So not only was our second interaction terrible, he just sent a crew without a signed contract, without going over what we chose/layout of our landscaping, nothing! We told the crew this and sent them away as we have never worked with a company that has done this before. What do you know.. the owner yet again reaches out and this time is even ******* saying that hes happy were going in a different direction because we saved him a headache WHAT?! You are a business owner!!! I am still in shock over the whole situation and ended up moving to a company that is well used, liked, and incredibly professional in our housing plan. I wish I could say good things about daily landscaping but I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy based on our experience.
