      They told me they were going to put me on the no heat list. When I called 3 days later to find out when they were going to come get my heat on, in 20 degrees weather. The lady told me that because I changed a part myself they can't come out to fix it. But they couldn't even call me to tell me they weren't coming. Them instead of making it right they are rude and mean and they'll tell you they will be there them never then get mad at you for being upset after being in the cold for 3 days. Worst company ever. They don't care about anyone
