  What ****** and her staff did to our wedding was despicable, unethical, unprofessional, and embarrassing. We paid in full prior to our wedding close to $1,000 for a tiered wedding pie instead of a wedding cake, the cookie table setup including 500 cookies & 15 pies. 2 weeks prior to the wedding she rudely emailed with issues due to booking and confusion as to what we agreed. The day of our wedding she sent her friends to deliver the cookies in large plastic bags that looked like garbage bags with no trays or any sort of setup, the pie tier was not built nor were there any decorations like we discussed and her "staff" left leaving small individual pies which were so incredibly small it was laughable and missing one of the layers, they were very rude to my family during setup, and ******'s emails after our wedding were extremely inappropriate & malicious as she refused to acknowledge mistakes, she refused to give any sort of refund and was extremely unprofessional and alarming especially for a business owner for someone's wedding. Despite my attempts to be cordial and repeatedly asking for a remedy including providing photos of the poor product/service and lack thereof, she has blatantly refused any remedy stating I signed a no refund contract. I absolutely did & understand this if the contract was followed by both parties but she did not uphold her end of the contract. It is completely unacceptable that she kept our money and even more so that she did not offer any sort of solution and quite the opposite as she put blame on me as it the mistakes were my fault. She did not abide by her own contract taking full advantage of us requiring us to pay in full before the wedding and not delivering the correct product and providing the service we agreed to. Make your own judgement when working with ****** and her Blended and Brewed company but we will absolutely never work with them nor recommend them. She and her company ruined a big part of our day and forever photos.

  Unfortunately ******* has left out important parts of this story. ******* came to us desperately looking for someone to make the pie tower for her wedding because she was turned away by all other bakeries in the area. I agreed to make the tower, but informed ******* that the tower would not be stable to hold all of the pies she wanted from the picture she sent. We agreed on 5 pie flavors. I also had ******* sign a no refund contract with the fact that there was no guarantee that she was going to get what she expected due to the fact it was supposed to be a tower of pies. Pies dont stack together well and could fall.This wedding was to be held outside on a 90 degree day. ******* told that there was accommodations for our desserts to be inside until it was able to be set up by the catering company. However, there was not clear communication with what time our products were to be delivered no set up, so I decided to wait until right before cocktail hour. We took into consideration the temperature outside and adapted the pie flavors to be able to withstand the heat. Secondly, with this we had to make sure that the items were displayed outside no more than a half hour before the cocktail hour.Whenever I transport my products, I make it as easy as possible to get them to the wedding location. This included packaging the cookies into ziplock bags and the larger items in boxes. We were told that the bakery items were to go directly on to the dessert table without any trays or anything else underneath them. I strongly suggested that there be trays available for the cookies and was told that the bride was taking care of it. I have a lot of notes that I took during our Zoom call. My staff, who has worked for me for 12 years, arrived at the venue as planned, a half hour before cocktail hour. As she attempted set up this wedding display, she was bombarded by two women who took it upon themselves to take over the set up and display of the bakery items. Not to mention that the majority of the table allotted for our items was already filled with bakery items from another family member. This table was also located in the direct sunlight so my staff frantically called me to ask what she should do. I advised her to continue with her work and to head back to the bakery whenever she was finished. Whenever she left, everything was completely set up except for a bag of cookies that wouldnt fit on the table. She had neatly placed all packaging items under the table along with the last bag of cookies and left.
