    Storage Asset Management of York, PA, manages over 300 storage unit facilities across the US. Among them are three, NEWLY-acquired facilities in Western Massachusetts under the business name Pioneer Valley Storage. Following is the first paragraph of a detailed review I submitted to Google Review about this business on 11/04/23. Please go to the PVS website for the gory details. BEWARE: The NEW ownership (PIONEER VALLEY STORAGE) of these three facilities in Hadley, Hatfield, and on the Amherst/Belchertown line engage in DECEPTIVE AND PREDATORY PRICING PRACTICES, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING, have an INEPT AND PUNITIVE ACCOUNTING department, and employ EXCEPTIONALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
