"I am a blackman ,and i been going to Apple car wash for about the last five years,i been having trouble with this fat white boy with curly hair,who always gives me trouble with putting the plastic on my wiper completely ,like he does for the white customers ,so the plastic on my wiper always comes off when i am going through the car wash,only when he partially puts it on,it comes off,i had trouble with other employees years earlier,nothing recent,but Curly,the managers Kelly and a bald head older white guy,have said something to this boy,quite a few times,bald head guy told me it's only for certain cars that they have to put plastic on,which is a lie ,,Kelly told me they don't put plastic on at other car washes,which has nothing to do with nothing,i been reporting this issue to Allen the district manager ,at least over the last 2 to years,he always told me it won't happen again when i called him ,as soon as i go back the next time a replay,the young boy has gotten in my face at least several times,i went inside the car wash to report the same issue a couple weeks ago,the foreigner looking manager whole is new,probably been there around 3 months,and the boy comes in ,tells me my whole name and asks me why do i make a big deal out of a piece of plastic,i said why do you put it on for the white ones,the foreigner screamed at me and told me to get out,number one he should not have allowed that boy to get in my face,i posted bad reviews ,Kelly told me a couple weeks ago there is nothing she can do,when he doesn't properly put the plastic on the wiper,i have noticed a name Brianna H ,listed as the owner ,does respond to "other people reviews,and never responded to my review by name,and never made sure i got the full service,that i paid for,because i am a blackman and very proud to be,i believe it's $21.15 monthly,so 21." ...
