We try our best to keep good business morals by working with the client on all refund or replacement requests. Although when the client purchases any cabinetry from us, we will go over your design and the list of items to be ordered, complete the ordering form with the client present, go over the ordering form with the client to check for any errors a second time, and then before we will place ANY order, the client must sign our Order Statement that says the order and all of the measurements and or sizes of the cabinets or items included on the order are explained and reviewed prior to the entry of the order and that it is correct and the client is responsible for any over or under sized items, as well as a shipping statement which provides and explains our shipping options and the requirements for any damaged items  that arrived on the shipment.

9 times out of 10 all requests are fullfilled with no issue provided it is an actual claim and all of the requirements needed are met, or if it is not a major claim for a minor measurment error or a minor defect in the product that is not technically covered under our policies but is visable or sized wrong just enough to be noticeable, we will go ahead and make the acception for a replacement or other offer another option to the client in order to keep good business with our clients.
