I started on 10/23. I was told it was an 15 months full time day program, $28,0000 turned out to a 2yrs. program.$39,5000 When asked for my paperwork He claimed he emailed them to me. On 10/23.. No email was sent, He later printed out the forms.. As for financial aid The did not refund the correct amount. This school is a scam. They they told student loan and the ***** that this is a full time day school from *****. It was not. It was only one hour or two. Once or twice a week. Some days no teacher.. I want out !!. Someone needs to look into this situation.

I am a current student in pitc institute I got to the end of the program where they failed me for a point , I was cooperated even tho I felt it was drastic to do so so I’ll retake the class which I’m at the end , to find out you just can’t take the class you have to test out of 2 previous class that you already passed in order to repeat the class if you do not pass the test outs you have to repeat them classes that you already passed , the program was supposed to be a 18month program which they extended to a 2 1/2 year LPN program because they added on a degree for technology it has nothing to do with nursing an is not transferable to any schools , when asked why is it mandatory to take toe degree as well I was told it helps with the LPN TO RN program, come to find out from other schools it does not even exist , I spent 2 1/2 years patient in a program to only get to the end an find out they purposely fail student at the end they only want 4 students to graduate so when they sit for the Nclex it looks like they have a high Nclex rate, through out the program you are not allowed to receive study guides or see what you have wrong most instructors leave because of this I was informed by a instructor months ago that this happened an now I am experiencing this nightmare can someone please get back to me on what steps to take I am stuck an lost an angry I spent so much money an time with this scam of a school.

I have just found out toward the end of the program that they are under investigation for accreditation, I wasn’t informed I had a balance until I wanted to know why didn’t I receive a 1098 T form which I went to speak with financial aid an was told she doesn’t live in the states, Also to repeat a class you have to test out of 2 classes that you took last year an if you don’t pass you have to repeat both of them in order to repeat the one failed , there is no study session 23 chapters for you to know within a week to test out, when asked to to speak with any one regarding concerns, google meet numbers are the only way of communication but no one answers , I was told that the degree program was designed so you can do a Brigde Rn program when asked why is the program so long , I spoken with over 4 schools no one accepts the credits an was told to attend any RN program you have to start over, ATI is a mandatory test out when it should be used as utilizing studying tool , who do I reach my dream nursing career has turned into a nightmare I feel trapped an stuck , I been a LPN student for 2 1/2 years I have great grades GPA of 3.0 I feel afraid of what imma face next can someone please help me.

If I could give this school 0 stars I would with no hesitation. I had a hard time finding a school with a schedule that fit my work/home life, so when I found PITC I was excited. That excitement didn't last long as I made an admissions appointment and the admissions rep Lisa Tansey never called me. I ended up contacting her almost a half an hour after our scheduled time and she was not prepared. During the entire enrollment process I had to constantly reach out to her and other staff at the school to even get to her sometimes. Had I not been persistent, I would have never been enrolled. I should have taken this as a sign and bowed out like my friend had, but I was really excited to join an LPN program. Classes were supposed to be held virtually. At the end of my first semester we were told classes were changing to hybrid (not on the enrollment agreement). The school is over an hour from where I live so I am constantly late to class given I have a full time job. There is no accommodation, just penalization. We were not allowed to pick up textbooks until the week out class started so often times we would be forced to go at least a week without a text book, which obviously had a negative impact on our grades. The first time they made us come on campus we were told to wear scrubs, however the scrubs we paid for were not given to us until the next semester. We were told if we do not have scrubs we can not attend class. When I asked if there were any alternatives I was told by Autumn in Student Services that it's not that serious and that I should be able to afford some scrubs from Walmart. Very presumptuous of her to assume what anyone could afford. Alex A******* is the PN director and he NEVER answers his phone or replies to email. When I finally met him in person and spoke to him he just looked at me and walked off. When I asked to speak with someone above Alex I was repeatedly told I couldn't, but was never given an option to speak with anyone else.
