    My husband and I are hurt beyond repair. I was approved for a dear puppy that stole my heart from this rescue. They gave us one day only to meet/pick her up. My husband had to work that day and we both wanted to be there to meet her. They absolutely would not work with us to come a day or two later, even after I paid my holding fee. We are crushed. We just lost our 16 yr old Pom, and we are emotional enough, but this was horrible to do to us, plus that dear puppy would have been loved forever by us.

    I just adopted a dog this week from Justice Rescue. They moved FAST, calling my references the first business day after I submitted my application and notifying me of my approval hours after getting ahold of my references. They were also very responsive to emails. I got the sense that this group is super serious and dedicated to helping the animals they rescue find good homes. The first email I got from them (when they needed some additional info) was on Christmas night. May we all have something in our lives we are so passionate about!

    We have gotten two dogs from them. One an older age znd one a puppy. Different members of the family have hzve used to get great dogs

    Don’t go here. They literally told me congratulations your application has been approved. Let’s set a meeting for Sunday. I was elated. I answered their email and was awaiting my meet up details. Then later in the day they reached out and said the dog they told me I was approved for was adopted by someone else! I’m an excellent dog owner. I treat my dogs like my children. I was devastated. How can they put people through that? It’s horrible! Don’t go here!
