    Horrible company....I wish I had looked here before I purchased a fob to replace the one my foster dog chewed. The fob could not be programed by the best locksmith it town.....when you return they charge you 30% to put it back in inventory.....what a scam! They are making money selling nothing.

    Hi Kathleen, We sent you the remote you ordered a Subaru FCC ID NHVWB1U711 made in Japan - after you and I corresponded back and forth in a trouble shooting effort we discovered your original remote (the one the dog chewed) what a Subaru FCC ID NHVWB1U711 made in Mexico- we offered a a return for replacement (FREE) and you opted to return for a refund - our refund policy is listed at all times and checked it at your checkout acknowledging you were aware of the return policy . Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.

    Terrible Business!! They sent me a preowned FOB that was locked and could not be programmed. Have not responded to my 3 email request for a return authorization. I am out $198.00. Could not Be reached by phone. The number went to other recorded promotional offerings including a medical alert device.

    **** you purchased ******** **** ******** flip key fob keyless remote car entry control cargo van 2500 3500 power Sliding Van Door FCC ID KR55 KR 55 Pre-Owned - that is what we sent you - we sell these ALL OF THE TIME and our customers are very successful in getting them programmed - we give you all of the information on how to program them. You have to call the correct locksmiths as directed and take the remote to them with the vehicle for programming - you said you did not want to do that

    I purchased a key fob for my 2014 Honda Accord. They sent the wrong one (the numbers weren't even close). I was told by an automotive locksmith that if wasn't the right one; I still would have to pay for cutting and programming. I didn't think I would have to check it, I assumed it was the right one (they looked almost exactly the same. They were able to cut the key, but not able to program it. None of the buttons on the fob would work. It wouldn't unlock the doors, trunk, and the panic button does not work either. I paid the locksmith $70.00 to have it cut and programmed. Their solution to this was to send the correct fob, which I'm still waiting on. When and if, the correct fob arrives, I will still have to pay another $70. to get the new cut and programmed. They completely ignored most of my emails. All I was asking for was for the $70.00 to get the new one cut and programmed. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!!!

    Worse product you can buy online. They sold me a defective key fob that would lock the car but not UNlock the car. I was back and forth trying it get this product to work and wait days before a response from this company, with no availability. It was very frustrating, making it sound so easy. They couldnt solve anything and give a generic response to a question that I didn’t even send. They have a 1800 telephone number but no one answers the phone. I had to hire a locksmith to fix the issue only to find out they sold me a defective product without even testing it before it goes out. I can look past some of these issues BUT now I paid to have the key fob to be returned and now the company won’t even give me a full refund saying “ it’s their policy “, like selling a bad product is their policy? I should get a FULL refund from them. This is ridiculous.

    Hello Michael, I am sorry to hear of your experience - all of our return policies are listed and as we stated in the messages back and forth to you - the product was tested on the dantronics tester and each button shows 100% functional - sometimes the locking system in your are is the issue - they can go bad as they are electronic - we offered for you to return for a FREE replacement - you opted to return for a REFUND which as stated in the return policy incurs a restocking fee *************************************************************** - we answer the phones M-F 8 am to 6 pm as stated and we ALWAYS return your call we also leave an email to contact for faster service which we answer 4 times a day and sometimes for 7 days a week
