    Ive been a real estate agent for nearly 20 years, and in all that time, I have never encountered a property manager as unprofessional, incompetent, and discourteous as ****** *****. He has been, without question, the worst party Ive ever had to deal with in any transaction.Weve been waiting for a resale certificate for almost a monthan essential document needed to close. Despite daily follow-ups for the past 10 days, each time he promised it would be sent today, and yet, nothing was delivered. When we finally did receive the resale certificate, it was incorrect. On top of that, he arbitrarily increased the fee by $175 over what was listed on the companys website, claiming the posted price wasnt accurate. The whole situation felt incredibly shady and unprofessional.If you are considering using his company for property management, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. And if your current management contract with them is coming to an end, I highly recommend letting it expire.

    *** ***** does nothing for Summit Ridge that the CMG state they can provide. Worst management group in Pittsburgh. No support to Summit Ridge community.

    I am a real estate agent and just called to speak with *****************, attempting to confirm the *************** and other fees that might be imposed upon the sale of unit managed by his company. I was met with extreme rudeness almost immediately, much to my shock. He said he'd have to "interrupt what he was doing now" to get me that information and why don't I just email. Then he accused me of "giving him attitude" when I had taken a deep breath to try to calm myself. I had to end the conversion with absolutely no resolution because I couldn't stay on the phone with someone this intolerant and rude. This man does not deserve to have a job where he interfaces with others--it's that simple. Apparently, this is his reputation. What a shame!

    Its hard to describe the arrogance and indifference *** conveys in his professional life. He claims to manage properties, but he is incapable of fulfilling the simplest request without extreme effort from homeowners.I had to email for a month, call daily, and then finally visit his disheveled office with documents in hand. Seven other homeowners have had the same experience.Beware of this company, because I believe something fraudulent is going on. We pay him to manage our communities, yet he refuses to fulfill his obligations.

    This guy is beyond rude and condescending. Who yells at a woman that was just asking for advice. He gets all fired up and doesn't even let you get to the real problem. he was making fun of the fact that we got "bad neighbors". He is clearly unhappy with his life and must have personal problems and he takes it out on the homeowner. I am in complete shock with the way he treated me and spoke to me. He needs a supervisor to listen in on his phone calls, because he probably wouldn't have a job. If you have a problem with women, that's on you and you better figure out a way to communicate without anger, hostility and rudeness. He is a BIG problem and clearly does NOT like his job! Grow up buddy **** start trying to listen before jumping in with your uneducated and prejudiced rhetoric. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, he needs professional help.
